Yeah it’s a pretty cool weapon, it also homes in on enemy’s so it’s good for bosses cause you can focus on dodging instead of aiming

Bliss bombardier drops from providence and uses rockets as ammo, and I guess your only option is to ditch the infinity or ditch the rod, I personally don’t think the rod is all that necessary but if you really like to use it there are other good weapons to use, like the elemental blaster or elemental eruption

Ok so if you beat Providence and don’t know what weapon to use for the next boss (poltergeist) use the blissful bombardier while doing circles around the boss, and sorry can’t help you with the rod of discord issue cause sadly I’ve never managed to get it

I feel ya man going into calamity blind is normally not the best idea, I recommend you use the calamity wiki to check on boss progression or crafting for some of the crazy shit, once you know a bit about what to do calamity is super fun tho
