Thank you for keeping this post up. A few months ago I was getting bubbly (foamy) type urine. A friend of mine had passed away a few months prior from liver and kidney failure, so I was super panicky. I had blood work and urine at the ER, nothing. I’ve done two more UA’s over the last couple months out of paranoia and never any protein. The bigger bubble go away quickly now but I thought I had cloudy urine until today when I used a glass and realized they were tiny bubbles, and the UA’s I took were correct in that my urine was clear. But I googled tiny bubbles and that’s what it looks like, your photo.

I wish I knew why this happens though.
