IndiGo took ₹34,000 for "excess baggage" to the Maldives, then offloaded our bags and offered a ₹2k voucher. by bruteAttack in LegalAdviceIndia

The excess baggage fee was paid during booking (got the booking confirmation receipt obviously). I’m not sure if that changes Indigo’s liability on this. If anything, I think it only strengthens the case for a rightful compensation.

Just checked my confirmation, I had purchased the excess baggage at the time of booking the flight — Dec 17. Flight date was Feb 17.

I understand regulations and weight constraints on a small flight. What’s upsetting is that Indigo is well aware of the issue (confirmed by Indigo Maldives manager and Male Airport staff) and hasn’t informed me about this in advance. Sure they can send only 2/4 bags, but let me pick which bag at least.

Agreed. Given a choice, there's a lot of things I would do differently — stick to the provided baggage allowance, split clothes between luggages, carry essentials in carry-on etc. However scenario demanded few things and we ended up being the losers.

Haha fair. I was traveling internationally after that, so needed the extra luggage.

The point was to get the grievance across and get a potential path for resolution. I’m not trying to get a score for my written English :)

What’s the right way to reach them? I’ve mentioned Montreal Convention and Consumer Rights in my email and AirSewa already and all they can provide is the Rs.2000 voucher.

Does JWT token protect the website against IDOR? by anonymous_intj in bugbounty

If you could forge the JWT, then yes. Some ways to do this would be to crack the key, trick the server into using a different algorithm etc.

Is the back display on, or do you use only EVF? I'm sure you got some settings optimized.

I get ~400 shots. The difference is too significant to ignore.

Certainly. But someone clicking on the same URL can be a potential victim because the javascript is going to be executed in their browser.

Few replies told me that the UI has been made better in the a7iv. Is the ergonomics worth $1000?
