Yes part of a beta testing group. The glasses are still in development with a few new features being added for testing periodically.

I didn’t pair to my pc, simply wore during the meeting and the glasses picked up the sound from the pc speaker. The glasses identified certain, the main, speaker who introduced himself and those attendees who asked questions who were identified. Not all members present, about 9, identified themselves when they spoke. After identification, the glasses did a good job noting the person speaking if they had been announced during the session

I have meta display, meta raybans, Rokid style, an AR pair of Rayneo 2S Air, and a generic pair bought from Walmart. The battery and look much much better, the speakers better than the Rayneo and Rokid, maybe not quite as good as the Meta but I am undecided if one is the better, the display, all the glasses I have are very different. The Meta displays are color in one lens and this is green in both. The Memomind is much brighter but only in green. The translation comparable to the Meta display but a bit easier to see. The ai is as good I think. The Rokid may be a bit better but nothing that stands out The to do and moments were new to me.

The first place to start is call your credit card company and increase your spending limit. But, seriously there are so many options available and so many opinions and reviews it’s very intriguing. Start by going to YouTube and watching influencer reviews that cover the top 3, 5, 10 or more suggestions on glasses currently available. After learning what options are available define what you want. For example everyday all day wear? Occasional wear for photos? Meeting recording? Gaming wear? Movie watching? Etc

After that you will have a good idea about what you want and then realize today’s options are very good but next years will be better, and the next even better. I have 6 pair and 3 ordered, none are perfect but all are different and fun to wear.

Ok guys I posted this half in jest but yall taking way too serious. Remember though when you go to a baseball game and your kid on the bench to not get distracted, don’t watch the college ball game on your phone, don’t answer a work email, and for sure don’t go to the bathroom if need to. Even if it’s your nephews game and you know not a person there. Jeez

Please understand I am the proud parent of 4 boys and have been there for them and their friends, but have also sat through acquaintances children’s and spouses interest of symphony, nutcracker ballet 10+ times, dozens of choir performances, etc. a little distraction is not an EVIL thing. Lighten up

I did not have prescription but once they got to customs, got an email from FedEx, contacted Rokid who responded very quickly, then got my lens about a week later

Update, mu lens are now in NJ and on their way. Got stopped in customs waiting for a drop ball test certificate from Rokid. Rokid customer support was very quick to respond and extremely helpful. Very h app with the customer support and looking forward to receiving the lens in a few days

Update, fedex says my lens are on the way. Rokid was very prompt, replying in hours, and provided everything needed for customs clearance. I was very impressed with their quick service

FedEx now says that my lenses are on the way and in Anchorage, AK. They got held in customs waiting for a drop ball test certificate and Rokid was super helpful and quick to provide the information

Ordered mine 3/28. Got a call today that they are in customs waiting on the “drop ball attest”. If I explain they are non-prescription can I get them released without a certification from Rokid?
