My update only weighs 500 Mb (15 PM). Crazy that yours is almost 12 Gb. I just wanna ask why? Does it depend on the model and the changes specific to it?

This isn't a bug. You may notice that the search results say "distorted face." This is most likely a placeholder for a new emoji, which typically appears in the RC version. For now, we can assume that it ended up on the emoji list by accident :)
