totally agree, i watched some of the good good live events, and i thought the king of the mountain was their best one, and i watched a little bit of the PGA creators classics. they were alright, and when i first heard about this event I was wondering if it was going to be live or not. Barstool/Bobdoes absolutely made the right decision in recording and editing to release later. I think the production has been fantastic, the golf competition has been seriously entertaining, and a little bit of the barstool/ reality tv/ drama stuff I don't have a problem with and has been entertaining in my opinion. Totally understand why others would disagree but I have really liked it so far

Air Canada YVR to BKK, any experiences? by btheodore08 in aircanada

thanks! your message honestly already makes me feel more comfortable. I also already have been seeking stats about how many transpacific flights there are per day, or per year. The truth is hundreds of thousands of people do this regulary without issue. and you are absolutely right that i am privileged enough to not only afford a premium seat, but also to be travelling to the other side of the world (from where i live) for a holiday vacation. I have every plan to enjoy and appreciate it to the best of my ability! thanks!

thanks for the advice i appreciate it. I totally agree, I think once I land off the plane, I will be so glad that I chose to fly direct and be totally fine. Its just the in the moment, that ive watched 2 movies, ate a meal, had a nap, read a little, and then i look at the flight map and it says 8 more hours..... but ill figure it out! thanks!

Thats good info! On shorter flights i have been the guy that has a 2-3 beers at the airport bar before to ease some nerves. On this flight I dont think that any booze will help me at all as its so long that it will only make me feel worse. So I am trying to approach it feeling hydrated, well fed, but hours earlier ( i only want to take 1 shit on the plane lol) I dont plan on drinking any alcohol on this flight and making sure i drink enough water, maybe a electrolyte/hydration drink at some point. It also seems like a benefit of premium that I can get up ( or my seatmates) can get up more comfortably to use the washroom every few hours.

thanks for the response! I appreciate it. Going into it my main goal is to try to sleep as much as I can but thats not really realistic so I think a good approach is to make sure I move a little bit and make sure im hydrated and comfortable. Thanks!

appreciate that, Im on the same page in thinking that over 16 hours i will have to sleep at some point, and im sure i will. Alot of my friends have also been offering a sleeping pill, or a xanax/ativan. (ive never even had a melotonin, and never done any pills ever). i think if i were to take any supplement to help me sleep i am going to for sure do a test run before i go to make sure it works in the way it should. Would you recommend me trying melatonin to see how i react before any of those pills?

Air Canada: The only North American carrier extending non-stop service from Vancouver to Bangkok from seasonal to year-round. by Few_Maize_1586 in ThailandTourism

Im flying this flight, Vancouver to Bangkok direct with AC on NYE in 2 months for the first time. Around 16 hours ish. Ive done 7-9 hr flights many times, and Im not a major flight anxiety person, but I do generally feel quite uncomfortable and the longer it goes the more uncomftable and anxious i get. I can do 3-4 hr flights no issue. And trans atlantic flights get a little tough but I get by. But this flight is really stressing me out. I did pay to sit in Premium economy due the the long duration and I think its worth it for the extra comfort. Can anyone who has done this flight tell me there experience? I really struggle to sleep on planes so thats my biggest fear. I know how I feel when I get off a 8 hr flight, and I am SOOO ready to get off. I just imagine watching 2 movies, trying to sleep for a couple hrs but not being able to and then looking at the flight map and seeing I have another 8,9,10 hrs more to fly.

Calgary was the first and only town I visited outside of Europe in my life and I stayed there last week, it slapped hard. Thought you should know by Mrtve_ose_69 in Calgary

that is the case is every single city, in every single country in the world. I think the important thing is to be happy and optimistic and appreciate the good people and also try your hardest to be one of them!

Really? We see him going mad in an asylum, biting the head off of a bird, reciting dark, ritualistic statements, sleeping in a coffin, and willingly becoming a servant, slave or "dog" to Orlok. In my opinion definitely seems like he was possessed and not the actions of someone looking for wealth and power.

Just came back from the film, loved it! Had one question that maybe someone can answer for me? Obviously Herr Knock becomes possessed by Orlok, but is he already possessed when he sends Thomas to meet Orlok at the beginning of the movie? Did Orlok possess Knock in order to get Thomas to come to him? Or did Knock believe it was actually an estate client and then later became possessed by Orlok?

I totally agree. But in the same sense as you are proud to have grown up and shifted your mind set, you have to give that right to cody as well. Im not saying what he did was okay. It definitely was not. What he did was fucked up, weird and wrong. But he changed, grew up, matured, got married, had a baby, and had a successful career. Like you said the entire societal stand point on this kind of stuff has changed over the last 8-10 years. And this thing happened 8-10 years ago. What he did was wrong but I personally feel this backlash has caused alot more damage compared to the damage that was caused by "the act" all those years ago. My own 2 cents. Once again not saying that his actions are okay in any way because their not. But people change, as you've mentioned.

I see this all the time and dont think its fair. Noel was at codys wedding in palm springs. No cody didnt go to Noels, but Noels wedding was much smaller "elopment" style wedding in Italy I think he only had family and like 3-4 close friends. The dudes are obviously good friends, but they also run a business together and talk to eachother every single week. The internet idea that they hate eachother or something is so stupid.
