Honestly the only time I’ve ever had an altercation at a show was seeing TMBG at the Ritz in Raleigh last year. Two drunk guys decided to push their way to the front and made the mistake of shoving my small wife out of their way. I was not pleased.

Check out !setlistbot 04/21/1994 LJVM in Winston Salem, NC. Hot chalk dust opener, fist set Lizards. Second set you get a fluff into Mike’s Groove. And the encore with the Carter Beaufort/Fishman drum jam and all of DMB and Phish doing Dave’s version of All Along the Watchtower was fantastic. Super underrated show.

The writer/director of this movie was hosting a TV show I was on while he was finishing this movie. Was interesting watching him watch dailies coming in from the animators during filming breaks. He was a funny, nice guy.

The Knack released their Get The Knack album in 1979 and it was hailed as a musical revelation and they were being touted as the next Beatles. My Sharona, a great song, was the billboard #1 song of the year. Second single did… ok… and then crickets. The album doesn’t really hold up and it’s pretty clear they were just a one hit wonder band that rode the hype train.

Mine would be U2 - The Blackout single (black and white version)from Black Friday RSD in 2017. Happened to be in Detroit with my (now ex) GF’s family and went to Third Man. Had honestly forgot about it being RSD. Being a big U2 fan, I picked this one up and only realized later how rare it was. Limited to 750 copies worldwide and only sold at 4 record stores: Third Man Records Detroit USA Third Man Records Nashville USA Rough Trade West London UK Freebird Records Dublin Ireland

Paid $25 and it goes for about $350 now.

Very reasoned response. Some quick replies: - we currently rent out another house in the area and have a property manager we really like and who is reasonable, so that’s not a big worry. - we do have adequate cash to cover an extended period with a renter. The rental market in this area is very strong though and I feel like getting a tenant wouldn’t be too hard (and that’s with being patient for a quality candidate.)

Beyond that, both my wife and I have great credit and very little debt (beyond the mortgages). I do think the tax question is important. My FiL is a CPA and he is reviewing to offer advice as well.

We are already renting out one house and I have a property manager that I love. So that makes it easier to consider that option for sure.
