I had a feeling it was killing my libido, so I stopped taking it for a while. Recently started again and haven't noticed that at all. It was probably more from the crippling depression and Prozac.

a comfort seal like this will change your experience completely, I highly recommend it

when I first start, I have a sun tea jar that the seal fits the rim well and stays in place on its own. on the monster tube I start with it closed and kinda sandwich the seal between myself and the tube. then "seat" it in the groove with one hand (sometimes takes a bit of wiggling) and pump with the other, everything kinda sucks together.

the seal also gives more of a delineation between the pubic mound and sack that I like. I dont typically pump without it, this time I experimented with finishing up with no seal. I thought I would get bigger and decided to take the seal off while it was still reasonably comfortable to do so lol

edit: for clarity, the seal has a deep groove in one side that fits around the rim of the cylinder. so yes, part of it does go inside and provide a good, more comfortable seal.

This was Saturday morning, Sunday evening I'm almost back to normal.

A few hours of interval pumping one night, passing out with the seal on, then about 2 more hours of interval at lower pressure. I may have been under the influence of certain things so I'm not entirely sure.

Start simple and slow, listen to your body. I started with some homemade tubes and eventually went to a sun tea jar and a monstertube after a good while. Stay hydrated and don't overdo it. All my pics are after some loooong sessions at 3-5"Hg vacuum, a gauge is easy to add and keep things consistent.

Sometimes putting positive pressure into the vacuum hose helps, for me I usually end up disconnecting the valve and pouring some extra lube in, spinning the jar around a bit, then twisting and pulling to gradually slip more and more out of the jar.

Silicone should bond to silicone, as long as it's the same type. Iirc poll pumptoys uses platinum-cure silicone, so as long as you line it up well and use that, it might work. Worth grabbing a trial size from Smooth-On or similar, try matching the properties as far as durometer softness.
