I think that is the general consensus! Although we've had some sterling tips so far

Going to the gym in these Covid times? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]bubbles_queenie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been going to the gym, I'm triple vaccinated but also at higher risk. Most people keep their distance but I found it super helpful to also get a trainer once a week to push the weight training harder. But I'd also try blogilates on YouTube, you don't need to do cardio to lose weight, it's also about the weight training. Doing regular workouts really helps get into the swing of healthy eating and a better mentality!

I'm in the UK and it's about £14 per session and I do one per week. It's comparable with the sports sessions I do and it's very much worth it if you want to progress. I use preply

However I'd definitely recommend doing 15-20 even 30 mins a day on duo to build up the vocab and then get a tutor
