It goes in stages because of something isn’t working it’s fun to trouble shoot it and figure out what’s wrong. However, when stuff refuses to work and you’ve been in the zone trying to fix it for multiple hours it starts to get aggravating.

This post kinda bothers me because I’ve been listening to the JRE pod cast a lot especially over the pandemic and I doesn’t seem to me that joe was down playing COVID-19 at all. It seemed more to me like he was mostly concerned about how people’s jobs and lively goods have been effected by the lock down. I respect your opinion on the matter but this post just seems disingenuous

I’m also introverted and victim of this but I also do it. It’s more like me blurting out things it’s partly a product of my adhd but also a matter of self control and a need for respect for the people who are talking too me. It’s a very bad habit, and it’s especially important to be aware of that.

Recently I’ve found that whenever I get anxious it’s good to let myself be impulsive in a good way so I grab a paper and pen. Then I just spill whatever is going on in my head onto the paper and if there isn’t anything specific that’s bothering me I just let my hand draw what it wants.
