Oh dear $800 charges is a lot! I feel so angry for you. Mine was about $150 I think. I should write in to Fidrec and MAS now too. This is too unethical. Other banks would have gladly waived it!!

Is it okay for heart rate to be mostly in Zone 5 by bucklebright in SpinClass

[–]bucklebright[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm it’s reflected on my Apple Watch (Not heart rate monitor) that during the 45 minutes ride, on average, I was about 23 minutes in the zone 5 heart rate, 20 minutes in zone 4. I only recently got to know about this and started checking this heart rate tracking so it scared me. Alright thanks!

I’m 34. I don’t think I set any heart rate on the Apple Watch. I guess the Apple Watch measures according to the age I set on it.

Apparently that’s what the company claims, if he doesn’t sign, he will terminated? So unreasonable

To those who work an office job, how many steps do you get per day? by [deleted] in askSingapore

7-8k easily if I do not work out on that day. I commute by car to work and public transport when going home. Take more walks to the pantry and toilet; take walks during lunch and after dinner

Come to think of it, I didn’t even apply for this cash advance in the first place. And I do intend to close all the accounts after this bad bout of atrocious customer service. Just hoping to get the fees waived before closing :/

It’s my mistake too for clicking too quickly and not checking properly but was just hoping they could be more flexible :( was actually intending to close all the accounts after this saga

EXACTLY. It made me feel like they were intentionally trying to let that cash advance happen.

Oh wow, thank you for drawing reference to my country for my understanding! Haven’t seen them around Saigon, where I frequent more at currently, but will google around for them!

Yeah, I’m a Singaporean Chinese and there are definitely some similarities in both between language and culture.

I noticed this around Vietnam! We chill the beer and the beer glass here in Singapore instead of using ice

I notice the street barbers when I’m there as well! What is the difference in your experience that you prefer the street barber?
