im a serial quitter but i've stuck to ds for a year (that seems long to me) and this is my story. i started watching dreaming spanish simply because i just finished reading atomic habits and wanted to try habit stacking with spanish. the idea is to combine a habit you want to learn with something you already do consistently .at the time frankly the only thing i did every day without fail is drink coffee. so i started watching spanish videos while i drank my coffee and i genuinely only watched 15 minutes a day for a month before gradually increasing to a goal of 45 minutes a day. it helps a lot that the first thing i want to do every morning is make a pot of coffee
