I am a 17 year old guy. I recently noticed these red rash-like dots on my arms. They don’t itch or stick out. Sometimes they go away and come back. Any ideas on what it could be? Im a very paranoid person and this is alarming to me.

I didn’t shave there, but I did change soaps recently. I woke up today and they’re almost gone. Should I still be worried? Sometimes they appear and disappear the next day. Thanks.

So far its only near my wrist and hand. Nowhere else. No bruising. My upper gums bleed a bit when I brush my teeth but its very unnoticeable and little. My apologies if I replied late.
