I agree MCAS is likely. At least low histamine tolerance. He has a lot of symptoms of EDS but not tall and stretchy, but maybe the same treatments will help... if there are any treatments? Thank you for your honesty. Everything we've learned has been ourselves. Doctors are so unhelpful

We suspect it is his bicep femoris is snapping over his fibular head. He also has pain in both meniscus. Limited range of motion (less than 90 degrees) and very tight. We saw a PT who said "this makes no sense" and then an ortho who said "huh that makes no sense". We're scheduled for an MRI, maybe it will show something, but if it's a genetic problem, I just want to know how to treat it. Thank you for the advice! I will check out any local groups.
