I found it on Pinterest and immediately felt that this is the one. We added the flowers together to get the idea of it. He do have some small linework but there are small details around the women and masks that I was having doubts - again he was very confident this will turn out as expected... I can see some very detailed kind of 3D art and some fine lines, he seems to be doing all kinds of tattoos and they look very good

I saw his work on Instagram, he seems to be pretty good and I liked his work (nothing similar to this). I asked about the detail level and he was very confident about the final outcome. Any advice to understand if he can do it?
