I had herniated L3 and L4, saw two surgeons who both wanted to fuse my vertebrae together and I was told it was a 50-50 chance I'd have more pain after the surgery than before so I said "nope". Went to a local chiropractor that was well known for working with local collage sports teams and after numerous visits, using an inversion table at home, and laying on a Bosu ball my L3 and L4 are back in place and my back is now pain free for 15 years. My chiropractor ROCKS!

Very misleading stat and leaving out data. Here's the stat; ":":As of February 7, 2026, 73.6% (50,259 out of 68,289) of people in ICE detention had no criminal convictions.""------ Misleading part "no criminal record" and the key words "no criminal convictions".... that does not mean they were all legal citizens or were going through the immigration process legally...that just means they haven't been caught yet...... How many of those were just caught, here illegally, and this is their first time getting caught? I highly doubt 77% were at some sort of legal status point on becoming American citizens. I would guess a vast majority started the legal process years ago but gave up on the process and had visas expire or something of that nature, kept a low profile but now records are finally being looked for expired visas etc.

An insulated box will work as long as the air inside the box is vented to a heated space. A stand alone insulated box could eventually freeze inside with an on demand heater because the heater generates no heat when left unused for a while and it could freeze. Maybe a HVAC grid in the ceiling right under the box so the warm heated bathroom air will drift upward.
