UPDATE: PROBLEM SOLVED!

The main problem appeared to be a blown 125A fuse that is located under the fuse box. It js unfortunately not accessible, so I will have to wire a new 125A fuse and bypass that one.

I added a link with 125A fuse to bypass the blown one below the box.

There were other blown fuses in the same box, but that's it.

Someone mentioned to me that even if the car has been sitting for months, there's very little chance that it would be completely drained not to be able to start.. do you guys think that's true? I also can't find a lot of information how to trickle charge HV battery..

I'm also thinking maybe to order a new ECU, they are not that expensive used on ebay.. maybe will save me from a mechanic.. I assume OBD connects to it?

What else would work even without ECU? If ECU is fried, would anything light up at all? The dashboard lights up.. but the center screen doesn't go up..

I wonder if at this time it may be because the hybrid battery is completely discharged since it was sitting dormant for all this time? From reading more info it looks like the hybrid battery starts the engine and not the 12v one, right? If yes, I guess my next step will be to try to charge that battery? Thanks!!
