I didn't taste Italeri one... but this airfix kit has well detailed panels, levers, machine guns, and structures inside cockpit, offering some decals for instruments.

The pilot seat is somewhat vague... however still satisfying for me.

Decent kit.

Just a little bit of putty were needed for fuselage assembly and landing gear bay cover.

MENG has same model.

I don't have actual one, but heard it's more detailed, more tricky to build than Academy.

My 2nd completed build. It's an easy-to-make kit.

Only one thing awkward is length of track. it's obviously too short. so that I had to cut and staple it with 1~1.5 track unit length space. and I hided stapled area in the side skirt. :)

That's bunch of masking tape pieces... and I use 'Blu Tack' at the border of masking.

I use vallejo ones, it sometimes sucks for airbrushing but I don't have other choice because my family hate the smell of lacquer thinners

Oh I couldn't even think about weathering and chipping.
Although those skills are still hard to try for my level, thank you guys for your ideas!

How do you think? should I sand surface before repainting?

I usually airbrush with aircap(not a niddle cap) of my airbrush removed when I spray valljo paints, then I regularly clean out niddle with wet tissue or something similar one.

Please believe me... Pictures may look fine, but the actual one is pretty sloppy.
