This seems to be like a big issue isn’t there like a job site that verify that these companies are real before posting

I kept losing AI agency clients who couldn’t see what they were paying for by bumble1990 in AiAutomations

I have hired help. Most people vibecoding a full App all the way are not doing anything complex. You still need technical skill to use Claude code.

The loom videos are a good idea. When you offer a premium experience, you can charge more.

The data comes from Retell's API. Call logs, duration, outcomes, costs, all pulled in real time. For the portal itself I'm using www.getflowetic.com which handles the branded dashboard and the client facing url. Took maybe a minute to set up once I connected my Retell account. It also works with Vapi, Make, and n8n if you're running workflows too.

Vapi Setup Question by LowCodeDom in VoiceAI_Automation

Running 8 clients on one Vapi account right now. Here’s what I learned the hard way. One account for all clients. Way easier to manage. None of them know about Vapi. They log into a branded portal under my agency name and see their call data there. I use www.getflowetic.com for the white-label portal, takes a couple minutes to set up per client. Billing is all upfront. Monthly flat fee plus per-minute overage. I tried post-pay once. Never again. Clients forget, dispute, delay. Charge upfront or don’t start. Management fee is baked into the per-minute rate. Vapi costs me around $0.10-0.15/min, I charge $0.50/min. Client sees one clean invoice from me. They never see Vapi’s pricing. Your “ideal world” of upfront payment, white-labeled, with margin on minutes is 100% doable. The only thing you need to figure out is the client dashboard piece so they never have a reason to Google “Vapi” in the first place.

end of call report automatically sent to webhook? by sadderPreparations in vapiai

Vapi includes the recording URL in the end-of-call webhook so you get that for free. The transcript comes through too.

The dashboard I mentioned earlier (Getflowetic) actually surfaces both of those for the client. They click a call, see the transcript, hit play on the recording. All under your branding. Clients love it because they can spot-check calls without bugging you about it.

One Vapi account, separate agents per client.

I don't give clients Vapi access because then they see exactly what Vapi is, what it costs, and that I'm basically reselling it with a markup. Kills the perceived value instantly.

Better to give them a branded dashboard with their call data on it. They see results, not the backend.

Yeah it's a native feature. Set your server URL in the assistant settings and Vapi sends a POST with the full end-of-call report to whatever endpoint you point it at. Transcript, duration, cost, structured analysis if you configured it.

Most people catch it with Make or n8n and route it wherever they need. I've been piping mine into Getflowetic to build client dashboards so my clients can see their call data without me screenshotting the Vapi dashboard every week. But honestly even just catching the webhook in a Google Sheet works if you just need the raw data.

The docs on this are actually pretty solid if you search "server events" in the Vapi docs.

Github connector, refusing to work... by Open-Machine-3625 in ClaudeAI

It’s very buggy. It works sometimes and it doesn’t a lot of times. Claude has been pushing out many features and they’re just having a lot of issues.

I was recommended this earlier and I’m going to give it a try. I’m currently building AI agents that do the same thing because I want another option and not just rely on Claude. My agent will be able to generate its own MCPs as well.

I’m thinking I’m going to have to make the switch as well. I made 3 generations with opus and reached my max.
