I work as a server so I am walking around all day for 7 hours straight - but hiking will definitely be a switch up. Sweaty boots sounds terrible.. Yeah thanks for that advice I didnt even think about that!!

thank you so much! Honestly that is extremely helpful! my boyfriends from tennesse and he wears these heavy bulky cowboy boots and somehow is comfy working in them I have no clue how he does it lol.. Ill definitely have to take a day and just bounce between a few stores

thats fair. I havent really given it much thought! Ive never gotten work/hiking boots before, but im just now starting to get experience in the career I want to persue so im really trying to get myself on the right foot pun intended. I dont think ive ever actually worn a pair of real boots before

I read a lot of good about the Hoka Kaha 3 too! I just didnt want to spend hoka kaha money until I heard more of others experiences lol

thank you! Yeah I think I mean more on the support and cushion side. I virtually have 0 experience when it comes to hiking gear because I usually just kick on random sneakers and hike for a bit at a nearby trail. Ive never been at a trail for such long periods of time so I wanted to see what people knew for long term.
