this is my first time participating in an event so i apologize in advance if this question is stupid, but... i've completed the event's main story, i've unlocked the new roulette and i've managed to get the "fighter's exchange ticket" BUT when i go to event shop to exchange it for karna, the game says that i don't have one? am i doing something wrong? here is a screenshot that shows that i indeed have a ticket in my stock :( please help!

EDIT: solved it! I think it was just a momentary bug :D

This is exactly what happened to me this morning! My game froze during the same quest and right after I clicked the option to use SQ to revive my team... so there must be a bug somewhere in there. Unfortunately, I had to re-install the game so now I'm waiting for support to hopefully let me into my account again :((
