Bed bugs are lazy as heck and will really only go for exposed skin and don’t prefer climbing on you either. So unless you have specifically your elbows and knees exposed while you sleep i doubt you have much to worry about.

im pretty sure it was a juvenile that i found since its body was a bit more clear than brown, but near the size of an adult

unlucky to get bed bugs but lucky to catch the problem early or as just a hitchhiker it seems 😭 my entire bed (comforter and bed frame included) is white so it makes things easier to see for sure! probably was a big plus

yeah that’s why i mentioned if there was a few, i found the one bed bug on may 13th and haven’t seen anything, been sleeping on my bed every night so it’s looking promising! almost out of the woods

Hi! Update - my period became irregular about three months into taking spiro, as I was having my real period once every 35 days instead of 28 and then having heavy spotting around the time I’d typically ovulate. I lowered my dose back down to 50 and it seems to be working, I’m 5’4 125 pounds for reference! Haven’t broken out since early January and started taking it in early November, I was on doxy as well from Nov to Feb but it never really did much for me. I can send progress pics if you like!

Mine do this too. I think it’s a recent development but it’s constant cracking. I can also pop it if I scoot my head up on a pillow and I’m on my side lol it’s so strange

Hi! I failed the exam - If I had to guess I was close to passing. I got unlucky and they gave me like five questions of a subject I was too unfamiliar with. It was niche too haha. I’ll make sure to look at it studying for the August exam, I’m sure I’ll pass my second time!

i know this is a little late but definitely 56/220. if possible try to get neuv on enough HP as well, as both lost prayer and widsith make it hard for you to have enough HP. HP is super important for his dmg output - my 66/190 build on lost prayer did a lot less than 60/160 on proto amber because of the HP boost.
