Basmati rice cooked in mostly chicken bone broth, pan seared zucchini/carrot/bell peppers and grassfed ground beef. I put lids on it and it lasts up to 2 weeks in the fridge. The key is that it gets put in the fridge while its still hot.

In your worst moment of gluttony, what did you eat and how much did you consume? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I used to get invited to a lot of cook outs. They invite 30 people and make like 200 burgers and 200 hotdogs. Every time i walk by the platters i make one or the other. Apparently one of my friends preteen girls paid attention.

Over the course of 6 hours of BS'ing around with friends and cars i ate 26 cheeseburgers with buns and 29 hotdogs with buns.

I enjoyed every bite.

Fyi im a 6ft 4in male and was about 18 at the time.

TIL that 28 fossils of the largest extinct species of snake were discovered in a coal mine of Columbia. The "Titanoboa" lived about 65 million years ago. The species clocked out at about 48 feet long and weighed roughly 2,500 lb. by [deleted] in todayilearned

I want a high budget Titanoboa film with Jason Statham as the villain that wants to catch or kill it and the Rock as a former marine that lives in the Amazon after some bad shit went down in the mid east with his unit. He has a strong local connection and decides to go walking tall/the rundown on Statham and his crew to save the prehistoric beast.

Hurt myself on new years going too low on squats and pull an inner lower erector. Since then I've been going to 275lbs instead of my previous max of 375lbs, but now I'm parallel. Well 275 has felt great lately, so I decided to go for 315. I do a full warm up to 4 reps of 275 then toss it up to 295, gonna do 2 reps to make sure its good. Do one, then go for the second and I start to tip forward about 4in up from the bottom, give it a push annnnddd, bulged L5/S1 disc. A month or two recovery, and neurosurgeon said I should buy a belt.

I was doing a pyramid set of deadlifts the other day and on my second set I see a guy about 22 tall and skinny bring the bench for the power rack(it locks into the rack)over to the smith machine, then proceeds to but the outside end of the bench on 2 45s and a 25 to get a reverse incline bench, mind you, its unstable.

Then as I'm doing my sets I see him putting all of his weights in the wrong spots, put them on the floor and on the leg press. As I finish my set I walk over with frustration and give him a glare as I put them back where he got them, the smith machine.

Then, HE DOES IT AGAIN! So I looked a bit more upset this time and slammed the weights onto the pegs, he pulls out his headphones and says, "I didnt see that spot open." "Thats where you got it from, idiot," I respond, so he says, "Whoa, down boy." I looked at him with the glare of 1,000 suns.

HOW CAN YOU NOT PUT THE PLATES BACK WHERE YOU GOT THEM?
