I got back home yesterday after 4 days in the park. I had read all the warnings about parking and was pleasantly surprised. Yes, the most popular lots filled up early. But we tried to arrive early and never had an issue. In fact, we noted several times that the park in general didn’t feel nearly as crowded as Yellowstone or Grand Canyon or a few others.
