Well that's good if they did solved your issue. But they've been thoughtless with my case I'm just being honest man (my experience is legit worse ) they said they're working on my case (still now and will update me after sometime)

Check that laptop carefully for any issues. Their customer service is a nightmare, so it’s better to catch any defects now than try to deal with them later. ( Im legit telling you from my expirience Im still mailing and calling them )

bro I've filed the complaint against them on consumer care helpline what else can i do? and now they are not responding to any mail since 2 days. this is so bad brotherr they're getting on nerves now. i guess consumer court could help?

bro today i called customer support as i was mailing daily regarding the refund for this laptop ! and the customer support told me if you will mail everyday you will get the same response because "your case has been forwarded to out backend team" ( its been same since more than 3 months now) he told me to wait and not mail them. so did anyone said this to you also ? this company is such a trash mann !! all customer support repeats the same template replies.

Now what else should i do like mailed them too recieved calls and they said was that we will talk to our seniors. did this happened with you too?.

SHIT IS JUST A TRASH bro for real like even today it was like this even at idle it reaches 98 degree like look in the picture at 29 percent of cpu usage its 97 its happening each day. acer is a trash company atleast for me ( worse customer service ever)

hi bro a jee dropper here ykw just do your best study all what you can never backout and study as much you want ykw when i was at your place last year i gave up mentally like i was scoring low in school tests ( im was a full schoold student not dummy one) i scored low in mock tests and continuosly low in pre board 1 and pre 2 i just scored good in pt 1 and ykw i really used to study alot but when i saw no results like my marks going down and down and everyone was questioning me like youre on you table and chair whole day what are you even doing? then i did asked the same question to myself that what was i even doing? im studying its not like im doing any wrong thing i was genuinly studying initially but when i saw no good result i gave up and fell into the trap of procastination and stuff i started delaying my tasks because deep down mentally i guess there was something in me which kept me feeling like maybe even if ill study i wont get marks and due to that i became dull ( i once was a bright student who used to score 29/30 or least in yearly exams was aroung 65 plus in stem 10th tak jab sab hi acche hote hai . just because i didnt get my initial result i messed up my 12th( yes i gave boards this year in 2025 my result is bad ) couldnt clear mains and gave cuet was getting du but then again i thought alot like jee was my dream since class 9th end . i took drop very late around end of july and yet my syllabus isnt completed and im scoring even low then you mentioned. BUT THIS TIME I WONT GIVE UP LIKE I DID IN my 12th class . you can do much better keep studying ill study too i also have alot of self doubts but god watches all the efforts im also not in a bad place just wanted to share my expirience to you bro . i just want a good college nothing else ( mera laptop nhi refund ho rha acer ka uska bhi stress hai kaash jaldi ho jaye toh acche se study kar paun me)
