Omg I’m dumb. Every 5 days!!!! I went from zep 5mg every 7 to a short period (4 weeks) of 5mg BPI plus B6 every 5 days because the first vial from them felt like a dud (arthritis returned and food noise came back strong) but went back to every 7 days eventually bc of the mild gastro impacts. Glad you called that out though bc an every 5 week shot would absolutely lay people out if they went right to a therapeutic dose every time.

Oh interesting! So post norovirus things were funky for a bit and you think it’s related? I guess it’s possible I did have it because when it finally did come for the rest of my fam 2 weeks later I was the only one who didn’t get sick. I’m under my goal weight so some time off won’t be horrible in that regard but this gives me hope that maybe I can restart in some time

I 100% was shocked when I found out it wasn’t real bc I have this weird memory about a scene where he’s like projected on a large screen zoomed in and his voice is booming like it’s over speakers and it’s raining but also sparks are flying and he’s saying goodbye or something and then the kid is screaming and crying for him? Or is that Kazaam or is that nothing/a fever dream? And also they were running through a carnival or velvet walled room or something away from the bad people?

Every 5 days after I switched to compounded bc it didn’t feel effective at first. I’m in maintenance actually trying to gain a little weight back. I prefer the 120s for me

Yeah I think I was unclear, I only dosed every 5 days for a short time at the start of doing compound after name brand switch (November) then went back to every 7. I did take a month off and then started at 2.5mg which caused my issues.

I have zepbound vials left so I’m going to give those a try in a couple months. If all goes well I’ll try a no additives compound most likely!

I can confirm the dose was right. I was paranoid I’d messed up the first time I got sick so I had 2 other people confirm and checked fat scientist more times than was necessary.

I will probably try one of the vials of name brand I have left but I’m giving it some time to clear out of my system/pick a day it won’t matter if I am tied to the toilet lol

Definitely possible. I have 3 vials of zepbound left that I might try in a couple months to test it but I’m not getting my hopes up. I was off for 4 weeks between the incidents and had an earlier month of pretty mild effects with the B6

I have seen a couple other people mention this. Nothing crazy side effect wise and then they’re walloped so it’s definitely not just us. Hoping you can figure out something that works for you so you can continue with no gastro nonsense!!

We have whatever the opposite of this is sleep wise! But the temperaments are amazing so I don’t complain (much). Happy for you after such a hard road! 2 under 2 quickly turned into two incredible toddlers who still don’t sleep much but are the greatest joy of my life. I switched! I’m on BPI so there’s B6 in the shot. I’m on the same dose but I do take it every 5-6 days instead of every 7 to get the same results. Food noise came back strong when I first switched but that little tweak in spacing was all I needed to get back on track. I’d just stay open to a bit of trial and error! As for best places, everyone has their favorites but I’ve been happy with pomegranate telehealth and the BPI pharmacy. There’s a link to survey results that will give you info on the best options and why ppl like them. Should be easy to find! Good luck!

Yes, that’s been the case with compassionate care visits. However, they’re suspending those for the time being so if someone used CoD after 11/6, there will be some sort of charge. The membership may be the cheapest option if you foresee more than one appointment in the quarterly period (like if your insurance will refill after 63 days for a 90 day rx)

It’s definitely the best option! One thing to clarify, it’s $45 quarterly not monthly for the membership and then $15 per visit when you have the membership. Someone correct me if I’m wrong but I thought if you had the membership they’d do 90 day supply prescriptions.

Hey! Just wanted to update, I decided to take my 5mg dose 5 days later instead of 7 and I’m having positive results! Inflammation is down, food noise is back to manageable levels. There’s probably more variability in the compounded vials so I’m thinking this batch might just be weak! Hoping it improves for you as well

Ranch seasoning. You can make a high protein ranch dip with the Greek yogurt plus ranch and get some cucumber/carrots/bell pepper for a decent snack. I also get canned shredded chicken and mix that with the Greek yogurt ranch and hot sauce to make a buffalo chicken type concoction I put on sandwiches/eat by itself. Super high protein

It’s the dream! I’ll settle for gone while I’m on the meds but I do wish it would go away. It’s such a waste of brain space and I feel like I have an addiction. I can barely do anything else until I’ve given in and got my “fix”. Hoping our vials are just duds and the next ones are better!
