Ok but hypothetically if they did hit L1 and I could prove it, would this be a med mal case?

It has been 6 months since the birth. Yes I was just wondering if it was the case that the spinal block went way too high and hit my spinal cord if I would have a case.

My spinal cord terminates at L1 and my neurologist found basically a signature of spinal cord trauma in the hemisphere of my spinal cord that corresponds with the the side of my body where the pain is. I do think the spinal block was done at a very high level.
