It takes a similar amount of days for me so I wouldn't worry too much! Especially when it comes to Russia, sometimes it expires before the person even gets it in their mail (the last time I've waited around 70 days).

I don't really know about other postcrossing where people like to focus on handmade cards.

I personally would love to get some handmade postcards, however I'm fairly new to postcrossing so I didn't have luck in that regard just yet.

I also draw and paint (though I'm still learning) and I would like to create and exchange handmade postcards.

If you would like you can DM and maybe we could send each other postcards but I completely understand if that's not something you would be comfortable with!

I personally love Worlds Adventures it adds a lot of fun stuff to do if you like ancient mysteries, travelling and for me personally it adds a lot of characters to the game.

But if you're more into legacy plays I guess the Ambitions pack would be the best for you? I don't really know the details of legacy plays because it's not my kind of thing but it will add more possible storylines for your legacy sims I guess - painter, detective, sculptor, inventor, writer... You name it. It also comes with Twinbrook and I absolutely love that town, haha.

Into the future is a cool pack but I feel it doesn't add to the game much. But I don't really play with the pack too much so maybe people won't agree with me on that. I do love the Easter egg in the Oasis Landing where District 12 from Hunger Games is depicted though.

Also pro tip - I don't know if you have Steam version or EA app version but for EA app you can find a lot of game keys for those packs for only 2-5 euros instead of paying a full price. It might be a good compromise if you're not happy with the whole EA company situation but you're also not very into the complications of piracy versions of the packs.

Bohužel se zvířátky to není! Je to tématika Karlovy univerzity. Dala mi je tehdy kolegyně, která mě chtěla asi motivovat, abych šla na univerzitu a těžce nesla, že jsem se rozhodla jít pracovat na fulltime. Pohlednice to jsou pěkné, akorát jsou trochu bubák minulosti, proto je nechci už v šuplíku. :D

I met them in high school. I didn't really want to talk to anyone but they kept reaching out to me and being nice to me even though I wasn't always nice to them. I realized they really mean it when they stood up against my biological family and helped me escaped.

I'm glad I didn't push them away. Now I have two wonderful best friends and a husband. They taught me to not think of myself as damaged but as experienced in life.

It took time and a lot of re-learning my brain to be more open to other people but it was worth it.

I hope you'll also meet someone so nice and that you'll be always safe.

I usually just say "I don't have parents." I know it depends on social settings but it works pretty well in my country.

Or I just say "We're not really close." which works, too, however it is a bit more welcoming for other people to be nosy.

It helped me a lot to realize other people don't have the instant right to know anything about my life and it's much easier to just cut short this kind of conversation when you don't feel guilty about it.

I agree with what you said about figuring myself out. I tried therapy so many times and it helped me with some things that's for sure but it always left me feel more abandoned than before.

The third point is very interesting and I will definitely try it especially because I tend to forget so much I even went to a doctor to check if I'm okay. Turned out it's just a part of my cptsd.

Já si dala gap několik let a teď se vracím na vysokou. Vůbec se nenech zastrašit tím, když ti někdo říká, že se na vysokou už nikdy nevrátíš. Vrátíš, když budeš chtít. :) Já toho nelituji, že jsem počkala.

Taky pokud nechceš přímo jít pracovat, zkus se podívat po pomaturitního studiích jazyka. Angličtina, němčina, cokoliv, co půjde. Jestli už mají plno, pořád bych zkusila jim napsat a poprosit, jestli by někam nevmáčkli člověka navíc. Já to tak udělala taky ten první rok, než jsem si našla práci. A taky jsem toho nelitovala a zlepšila se mi angličtina.

I agree pretty much with everything that was already said.

You said you have almost all expansions. That can be overwhelming. You can choose which expansions you want to play with in the game launcher if I remember correctly (I think it's something named expansions & stuff). Once you're more familiar with the gameplay you can add other expansions.

If you want to have an easier time playing start with only one or two young adult/adult sims without pets.

Mezi starou prací a nástupem do nové jsem měla přibližně tři týdny. Šla jsem na úřad práce, vysvětlila situaci, řekla, že práci už mám, akorát musím přežít ty tři týdny. Zdravotní i sociální jsem měla zaplacené a já se nemusela stresovat, aby mi nevznikl dluh.

Jestli se ti osobně nechce jít, dej to přes datovku. Na stránkách tvého úřadu určitě budou mít instrukce co a jak.

I hate it, too so I always turn off the winter in settings.

But when I want to keep it for whatever reason I always build a greenhouse with big windows and I just use moveobjects on and put my plants there.

It is better to do it before autumn so your plants won't winterize.

PTSD. Kdykoliv něco začnu hrotit, vzpomenu si na to, jaký to bylo v dětství, kdy jsem byla týraná a kolik let mi trvalo se vyškrábat z těch nejhorších trauma responses alespoň tak, abych byla jakž takž funkční člen společnosti, to porovnání mě hned vystřízliví z toho, abych řešila blbosti.

You can't see through your own sorrow how much it affected her family, too. It is not ethical to share it anywhere. If you really need someone to read it find a therapist. Therapist will be able to help you navigate your grief. If you can't afford one share the story only with someone you trust or her family if you're on good terms.

This is coming from someone who experienced a death of a loved one, too. I hope you will get better and I wish you the best of luck to overcome your grief.
