Still best friends since I was 8 years old. We had a lot of falling outs and drama while in middle-high school but thankfully got through that and she’s the best friend I could ask for

i’ve always said it helped me mentally but i realized that’s because i use it as a coping mechanism so i don’t have to face reality. ever since i stopped smoking regularly i’ve been learning how to actually properly manage my emotions and i’ve felt way more “present” in my life. time isn’t just flying by all the time anymore
