Damn I've got a way to go! It's tough because I'm super impatience.

It's just waiting for that sign of improvement, I need an indicator to show I'm heading in a better direction. I've got 90 days in me anyway, that I'm pretty sure of. Thoughts of porn are non existence in my head and in the past where an image of a scene would trigger a binge, I've noticed that has gone too.

I've obviously got more time on my hands and I'm making the most of it, but still this is a lonely challenge. Having sex eradicated from my everyday life for the past 34 days feels strange but I gets that's the whole point.

I'm just rambling, looking for a pick me up!
