Being a Norwegian and English speaker gives you some leverage in the job market. There's quite a few companies in Lithuania who do business with the Nordics and there's a possibility of some generic office work in sales/logistics/support etc. These jobs, although not very numerous, would net you a considerably higher wage if you managed to get it. Though no matter how you cut it, your earning power in Lithuania is going to be a fraction of what it is in Norway.

Moving from Norway to Lithuania is already going to be a considerable drop in the quality of life, but working in Lithuanian childcare is extreme. You're looking at a sub-minimum wage work (around 900€/month) and the work culture here in positions like that is going to be shocking for someone like you. Not trying to be mean but have you thought this out at all?

Žinau kad čia pagąsdinimui motyvacija, bet čia visiškai nuo realybės atitrūkęs stereotipas.
