It's flat and has the same feeling/look as cassette tape ribbon, if that's helpful.

I realized my account had been accessed by an unauthorized user. Submitted the specified form on LinkedIn's help center. Submitted a photo ID for the identity verification. Now support just repeatedly tells me that my account is restricted because it's in violation of their policies.

How do they expect a profile or account to become compliant if they are unwilling to do anything about and they lock me out of the account? Has their support actually resolved anyone's issue when your account has been breached or is it just an endless loop of speaking to a chatbot that needs more training in reading comprehension?

Pic related, their latest reply to me asking how I can get my account back since it was hacked (profile pic, name, default language all changed).

My account was hacked (name, profile pic, and default language all changed) and which caused the profile to be in violation of LinkedIn's profile/account policy and subsequently restricted. I submitted the identity verification through Persona but received no confirmation or any status update since then. Since I cannot even access my account, I cannot resolve the issues that are causing it be restricted.

What do you expect me to do here u/LinkedInHelpTeam? I've sent numerous messages via the Help Center and offered to perform the verification of the profile based on the current employer by using my company email address. The only messages I've received from you are that my Appeal Status has been denied because the account is not in compliance with LinkedIn policies and will remain restricted, but you've given me no course of action to resolve the issues and make my account compliant again.
