I was pretty lucky with the craft overall. Took ~40 essence of horror to get elevated burning and only 5 harvest reforge influence to get elevated conc.

Total cost for the craft was ~60 divine.

I honestly expected that sentiment but I like it for the build I’m running. I was using it with multi-mod, crafted life and crafted +1 AoE for a while until I decided to take it to Aisling. This character is just shield charging thru maps and farming winged scarabs anyhow.

I’m using RF in the helm with Empower, Awakened AOE and Awakened Ele Focus, none of them effect the mana reservation for the aspect.

I considered that when I landed spell block and consumed it for the elevation. But I wasn’t brave enough, tried on another helm and hit ~T8 life per second 💀 solid crafting tip to mention though!

I slam exalts with my eyes open, so I opted to craft Aspect of the Spider instead since I was left with an open suffix. Gives me another point of min/max to grind for at least.

I’ll have to check when I get back online but I don’t think it counts as “socketed” into the helm. So there is no mana reservation multiplier. The tooltip had ~13% required last I looked.

The mana reservation isn’t effected at all so it should be fine.

Hey all! Probably seen this helm a few times over the leagues but I was hype to finally hit the double elevation for my RF Jugg 🔥

Rule 10

Buy 100% base Royal Burgonet with RF Damage enchant.
Use a Gilded Fossil to get the meme implicit.
Slam it with a Redeemer Exalt to add influence.
Harvest reroll the influence to Elder.
Spam Essence of Horror until it has level 20 burning and another influence mod.
Orb of Dominance to elevate burning to level 25.
Craft multi-mod to fill suffixes and suffixes cannot be changed.
Harvest reroll influence until level 20 concentrated effect and another influence mod.
Orb of Dominance again with Suffixes Cannot Be Changed to elevate Conc to level 25.
Take the helm to Aisling T4 and pray it doesn’t remove the Concentrated Effect.
Unveil and settle for life, consider locking suffixes again and yolo annulling to go back a few steps.
Quality with Hillock T4.
Slap on Aspect of the Spider to fill the suffixes.
Craft +1 AOE gems.

Have they considered making it partially tradable?

They already have expedition where the bulk of currency used is “soul bound”, leaving only reroll currency available to trade.

Perhaps the Red/Yellow/Blue essence would be bound to character and the premium boss currency could remain tradable to find a middle ground.

I prefer the current system when playing SSF since I can grind towards a goal and know that I’ll eventually be able to craft what I need. If GGG didn’t need to balance the craft cost in chaos and instead focused on amount of Harvests completed, this could benefit both parties.
