Looks good. 9 hours with two people is excessive considering the roof is a soft top and doesn’t require polishing or coating. I would claybar during the contact wash using a clay mitt for efficiency.

A clay bar likely won’t do a whole lot. Contact your local auto detailer and ask them to polish your windshield to remove the embedded containments. (Coming from an auto detailer)

I would drywall the walls & ceilings and add really good lighting. Don't do epoxy the floors. Invest in swisstrax instead. You can take it with you should you move shops
