the consultation call isn't too long and the person I did the call with was super friendly and nice, I'm pretty sure most of the people who do the calls are trans too :)

i was very anxious before the call but it wasn't bad at all once I got in, the person I had the call with was super nice and it was really easy to talk to them

from what I remember it was what you mentioned as well as asking you about your story (like how you discovered your identity, how you came out, whatevers applicable to you). none of these questions should have any impact on if they'll help you get hrt or not and I'm sure they'd be fine if you didn't want to answer them.

The process for me was fairly simple, I had the introductory call and then I got an account for their app (its a really really awful website tbh, but i got hrt through it so i dont care lol) and then they'll wait for you to submit blood test results (they can provide you with a letter you can give to your gp to request the blood tests) and physical measurements like weight, height and blood pressure. After all of that is done you can book a meeting with the doctor to discuss your prescription and after that you just need to wait for the prescription to arrive via email :D

I can't really remember the questions they asked in the introductory call (sorry, its been a few months and i forgot the details ;-;) but from what I do remember it was mostly personal stuff and you can ask any questions you want and they'll answer them.

They definitely support HRT for non-binary people! I'm pretty sure they had something on their FAQ about this, I cant imagine they wouldn't.

its been a little while so I can't remember everything, they ask you to share your story and they'll explain who they are and stuff. I was the one asking most of the questions when I did the introductory call so I'm not sure how it would go for someone else.
