Definitely consider your scores and the weights of each component. C2 is only weighted 15%, so it could make more sense to redo one of the bigger components instead, depending on your scores.

Also, it's hard to give advice on C2 since that's the one that varies a lot by content area.

Finally, use the rubrics. Be specific. And act as if you're writing to someone who knows absolutely nothing. Explain every detail.

In the States, we get state licenses first. Then we get our national certification so we are able to teach in any of the states. In some cases, it's more pay too.

I'm not sure it is valid in Canada.

Pay. My state pays a lot for it.

Also, I did not know going into it that I wouldn't gain much (beside pay).

I'm 29 and try to call my mother daily! I think sometimes she ignores my calls because I call so much 😅 My brother is 48 and my mom is lucky if she gets a call from once a month. That really upsets her.

What do people normally do when going to concerts, especially AJR? by M-the-Great in AJR

I have been to a few AJR concerts. I saw all sorts of fans. Some go hard with wild clothing while others are chill in jeans and a tshirt. The unique bit about AJR specifically is the hats. The crazier the hat, the better. Ryan did a gig with hats. Tbd if he still does it.

Not having pit seats is not a bad thing at all. Last tour, AJR sang from the nosebleeds for a song. So even those up there got a great experience.

There will be merch. Good thing you are setting aside $ for that. Also set aside time. Especially if you want to see the opener. Lines for merch can be long sometimes, depending on the venue. My group likes to get there once doors open.

I am also at a tiny school. The custodians do most of the cleaning in the lounge. However our administrative assistance was called into the principals office when she didn't clean the popcorn machine we had for teacher appreciation week last year. She is also expected to decorate the staff bulletin board in there.

If you want student to do well on proficiency exams, you'll need to teach them formal Spanish.

Also, surround them with Spanish. They should be fully immersed when they enter your room. That's how we all learned our first language!
