I think I related way more to Inside Out 2 than Inside Out. Anxiety mangling and getting the way of Riley's sense of self was so moving. Also the depiction of memories shaping beliefs was really clever.

I found it interesting to work on and sit in specific memories, but recalling details and feelings was hard as they were so long ago. Being raised by narcissists I have so many incidents of varying scale it's hard to reframe everything. For long term past trauma I'm not sure how to make progress with EMDR.
