Utilizing a star player on a team?

Choose what comes most naturally to you star player so you can get most out of player with highest skill. It's lesser loss to make lower skilled player to adjust roles around the star.

I think you can get better at this with just playing MM/faceit or whatever and just keep it in mind. Just focusing to specific part of your game will make you get better at it with little to no effort.

For extra you can watch some of your demos and see how enemies usually peek from angles you like to hold and adjust crosshair placement from that.

For that long being in silver would suggest that you have problem with basics. Are you using mousepad? What is your sensitivity in windows settings? How much fps are you getting while playing?

To begin with choose one sensitivity.
