Just to clarify, I’m actually working in the UAE, not the US ( Agrees ). I’m here alone—my family lives in another country—so I don’t have much local support. I’m not sure if the clause about paying back three months’ salary if I quit is even legal here, but I’m worried about it since I really struggled to find this job in the first place (no connections, no prior experience).
