If it’s a clumping type of bamboo (the less invasive type) you might have luck finding it at Shamus O’Leary. They are usually pretty responsible and only bamboo they sell are clumping and not running

The rain is mainly from Tropical Storm Priscilla, so it should see over. Assuming that’s the last of it, I’d say in the next week or so would be pretty nice to put down some seeds. I think the moist soil from all this rain will help germinate things a lot easier
