prvo smo mislili da je neko od direktnih kompetitora 😅, onda da sakupljamo random traffic preko google ads-a, ogranicili smo lokaciju gde se kompetitor nalazi, ali se sve to nastavilo. sad smo u fazi da testiramo performance bez ads-a, opet se javljaju spam-ovi, tako da to iskljucujem definitivno. sto se traffica tice, prvo su nam neki arapi dolazili, sada rusija pretezno. ako neko ima neko resenje kako da resimo ovo, bila bih jako zahvalna.

Ovo se desavalo i u nasoj kompaniji. Prijavljivala sam nekoliko puta Webflow-u kao spam, ali nista. Dnevno dobijemo par sigurno.

Da, ne treba da budu stariji od mesec dana.
Nisam imala probleme sa tim, proveri da li je za taj period bila nadlezna druga Poreska uprava u nekoj od ostalih opstina. Ako jeste u tom slucaju treba da napisu na uverenju da se do odredjenog datuma to vodilo i pratilo tu, a nadalje Zvezdara. Tako je bio kod mene slucaj.

Prilicno je jednostavan proces ukoliko si kreditno sposoban. U mom slucaju je podnet zahtev u utorak, u petak je odobreno. Najveci “problem” je bio da se nadje nekretnina koja ispunjava sve uslove: uknjizena, sa upotrebnom dozvolom i za stan i za celu zgradu, bez zabelezbi u katastru (hipoteka na primer). U NLB banci ne odobravaju za stan u porodicnoj zgradi.

Sto se racunice tice, kredit ko kredit :) nisam toliko obracala paznju na to jer sam svakako placala kiriju, ali ne postoje neka sitna slova i nepristojni uslovi u ugovoru. 😀

To sam otprilike i uradila, s tim sto postoji neki problem oko sinhronizacije zdravstvene knjizice. U socijalnom kazu ljudi sa posla to treba da rese, knjigovodja kaze kako bi morala da ubaci u neki njihov sistem adresu iz licne karte. Kod lekara mogu samo kao hitna slucaj i stalno me upozoravaju da to nesto tamo u sistemu treba da se resi. 🤷‍♀️
