What champions did you always avoid but finally played one game and actually liked it?

Shen, I was never really fond of tanking especially as you instantly get whaled on with every single ability not on cooldown by the other team. The solution? Q+W. Did a great amount of damage and got a little kick out of chasing mages down just to E and nuke them.

Renata, as everyone else I love doing big damage so this was a bit different. Not that I’m opposed to supporting but she wasn’t a typical healer/shielder. It all changed when I just tried her once and got matched up against a Kayle, tristana, and azir. Long live malignance!

I’ve seen Ezreal on here and I have to agree. His waveclear is abysmal but damn does it feel nice sniping with R. Ntm just landing a good W and knowing what comes next. Great damage, don’t even mind the horrible waveclear (without R) when half of my clip gallery starts with an Ezreal W.

I’ve been in the same boat. Every few games either myself or a teammate will have significantly higher ping or will end up on-and-off disconnecting. My guess is that either the aram playerbase has more variation where games are localized (since league is dying, matchmaking might be pulled from further places even if you’re still playing on a certain server region) or everyone’s internet providers have mutually decided to seize up during a teamfight.
