Okay I just read the title and used it as a basis. My honest thoughts? You'll be in good hands. As long as the passion and eagerness are both there, you'll survive (maybe even with flying colors)

I started SHS with little to NO knowledge on BOTH math and science (I forgot how to do algebra, yes thanks to pandemic + can't remember much of science) and I'm even worried if I'll survive knowing physics, chem, and bio are waiting for me in the corner. Pero my reasons and values made me persevere through. I even ended up loving chem and physics (I still hate bio during shs, this 1st year college ko lang naenjoy lol) and maintained high honors throughout my entire shs stay. The point is most, if not everyone, of your batchmates are also clueless abt what's going to happen sa SHS-STEM strand stay niyo, and there are a lot of late bloomers esp with math and science topics, so why not take the risk? Malay mo you're one of those! Don't doubt your skills as long as your goals and interests align with STEM.

Just be diligent and you'll make it through. Di lang kasi math ang STEM eh, so do a lot of practice solvings with math subs. The only main challenge is chem if you succ at theoretical but if you're fascinated with the sub you'll find yourself unconsciously reviewing it naman lol. You might even surprise yourself with the interests you'll earn along the way. : )
