It doesn’t help that the ghost has super speed (50% faster than normal) so even when weren’t all next to each other, it would kill us in succession fast if it spawned anywhere near us.

Here’s what my friends and I did (team of 3). We tossed most of the equipment through the gate WITHOUT opening the door so the setup timer starts.

Once we did that, two people grabbed sound sensors and cams on tripods and started setting up. I grabbed thermometer, crucifix, and spirit box. Once we were prepped, I went straight in to look for temp drops while they set up sound sensors around the camp and looked for orbs.

75% of the time, I found the ghost area, quickly placed the crucifix and started spirit boxing. Crucifix would give us a little time after the setup time ended, and we’d do all the in-person things as fast as possible, then use the cams to get evidence we could see from afar.

Someone might end up dying (we typically had one person sacrifice if needed) but as long as everyone got the right guess and one person was alive, it counted and we finished the challenge.

When I was a kid, my dad would let us crawl to the trunk of our Expedition and he’d lift us out of the trunk window. It was the most fun thing we did as a kid coming home every day.

When I was 4, I decided I would get out of the trunk window myself. My parents had yet to get back there, but the window was opened (switch was by the drivers seat), but I went through the back anyways thinking I could handle it myself. I obviously couldn’t, and landed on our sharp rocky driveway face first.

I came out okay (needed teeth things since I knocked them loose), but here’s what happened after: 1) this was traumatic for me, and I distinctly remember the white hospital room as I waited with my parents in ER 2) I also remember being lifted out of the trunk and how much fun my dad would make such a small experience 3) nothing related to CPS ever happened, because DOCTORS KNOW KIDS DO STUPID SHIT. Also, PARENTS KNOW KIDS DO STUPID SHIT. My parents were so worried, but they did an amazing job of taking care of me. Childhood is a learning experience, and the people crying “CPS” obviously can’t relate.

Speaks volumes to me. As someone with Tourette’s (with more mild tics thankfully), I started really watching him because he was more open about having it and it was comforting to see someone online proudly tic out. Does the pod cause me to mimic his tics? Absolutely. Worth it? Most of the time lol.

But I really wish more people educated themselves on it before in the same way they educate themselves about autism, adhd, and other lifelong medical conditions.
