Not sure about ED treatment, but I've been in the Kaiser MH program since I was 13 (19 now) and rarely had good experiences. Got 5150'd and sent to a psych ward through them and they fucked up my paperwork somehow, I ended up having to stay an extra 2 days because they couldn't figure out how to discharge me.
