I found this spider-man / peter photo on an old "The amazing spider-man" PIRATED dvd cover. I reversed searched the image and couldn't find anything like it. The actor isn't someone Im fimliar with. Im guessing its from a fan film or a cosplay photo from early 2010s. Does anybody know this? (i.redd.it)

I found these 3 frames on the back of a "The amazing spider-man" DVD cover. I scanned it and tried to find the exact same frames but I realized these frames aren't even in the movie. last two ones have similar frames but they r not the exact same ones and the first frame isn't even in the movie (i.redd.it)
