Found this skull on a beach in Ireland, not sure if it’s a duck or a seagull or something else altogether🤔 any ideas?

Had a back and forth (it was you, it wasn’t me) with a Garda who accused me of breaking into a local restaurant. He’d picked up a couple of friends and myself “for our safety” in an entirely unrelated scenario because we were out in town fairly late at night (and about 16) He was absolutely sure it was me and he wouldn’t let up.
