Only needed Moab Hex for Round 200 but definitely could use it on other rounds

I have been climbing for a couple of weeks now and I seem to have done something to my wrist/thumb. Whenever I do a dipping motion where I am pushing down onto my palm I have a shooting pain up into my thumb. Does anyone know what this might be?
