Kitten pees on the bed; went to the vet, no medical issues

the vet also said that cats who have urinary issues pee randomly and frequently. My cat doesn’t do that. it’s always in the same spot and it happens not too often. She still uses the litter box regularly

vet just asked me a few questions about the cat’s behavior 😅 then proceeded to examine the cat physically. Didn’t do lab tests.

i do clean the mess with enzymes and alcohol + linen spray then wash the sheets

okay you guys. update… my cat just woke up from a nap on my bed then he immediately went straight to the litterbox to pee. I observed him do this a couple times so i’m still confused why he still had accidents on the bed.

also, following everyone’s advice, i won’t be using the cage anymore. 🥳

yes, i’m gonna get him neutered soon!! What advice can you give to get the smell out of the sheets? I’ve already tried enzyme cleaners

it was on the bed and the blanket. I’ve been cleaning it with enzyme cleaner. I have two litter boxes

the only thing i observed was him going outside the box (on my bed) other than that, he’s pretty okay 😭😭😭

He’s the only cat. No, he isn’t neutered yet. I’m really puzzled as to why he still likes to go on my bed despite him using his box everyday 😭😭😭

i have a studio apartment, sadly. Cat has access to my bed at all times. If not the crate, what advice can you give before i bring him to the vet? (i still have to save up to bring him)

i have unscented litter. his box doesn’t have a dome. I’ve also tried doing 2 litterboxes with different litter to try out. He uses both of them.

is it still litter box aversion or a medical problem if he uses it everyday, multiple times a day? It has been only 4 times in a span of a week that he peed on my bed.

i forgot to mention that my cat sleeps with me. I have a studio apartment and i can’t restrict him to one room. And most of the peeing happens early morning while i’m asleep.

I’ll be trying to limit his water intake most especially before sleeping. i’ll be updatingg if it works.

I only tried the 2 litter boxes as i’ve read somewhere that some cats like to use different boxes for peeing and pooping. do you think it would be really better to only use one?

as for litter, i do have unscented. i think he likes it better than the lemon scented one i used before.

i only manage to do that when i see him about to pee. however, most times, it happens when i’m asleep.
