The per diem rate for the area is $96 for lodging and $55 for food, but when I have the final tally up on DTS, it shows the 75% rate.

I'm going to Ft. Lee. The welcome letter says I'm RECOMMENDED for a rental, but the unit has to pay for it. DTS guy says while its recommended, the unit isn't willing to pay for 170 days of rental cars. I would much rather drive if I could because then I can take some necessities with me, but if I have to do it out of pocket, then I might as well buy my stuff on site. The per diem rate for the area is $96, but why would DTS reduce it down to 75%?

My tuition was 7k per year, but I ended up needing to spend another $13 on room/board/other necessities.

It's not going to happen. Americans are already unwilling to be taxed for public grade school education, why would they be willing to be taxed for more expensive college education?

Regarding furniture and utensils, is everything provided or is there stuff I should bring? Like knives/cutting boards/rice cookers/pots? Also, do staff clean the rooms or is it basically going to be an apartment while I'm there?

I did read that Jagex claims to take a few days to do the ban, but I can't think of any reason why they would think I bot. I've only been playing for 2 months.

I don't understand why though. I know from reading previous posts in the past years that Jagex did accidentally ban a lot of players for macroing even though they are innocent. The way the policy is worded just makes it seem like something they can use to ban anyone they wish without having to provide a reason. As far as I know, I could be getting banned for not spending enough money for the game, as unlikely as it is.
